Helen Park is a Principal Solicitor with a rare dual-expertise profile. She has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2009. Beyond her role as Director of Parks Legal since 2014, Helen has served as an In-House Lawyer for a boutique Land Surveying firm.
This specialised experience allows Parks Legal to provide advice that regular conveyancers cannot. We understand the technicalities of 88B/88E instruments, easement creation, and the registration of complex land titles from a surveyor's perspective.
